Magnuson Hotel Lawrenceville, Lawrenceville

The hotel was quite a disappointment. The rooms looked extremely worn and uninviting, like a scene from a horror movie. They were dirty and nothing like the rooms they had shown us earlier. Being located on the first floor didn't help.

My stay at this hotel was like being in a horror movie with the adorable state of disrepair and roaches everywhere. The first-floor room seemed straight out of a scary film. The service was a mixed bag with some employees being loud and unprofessional while others were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient for Georgia and Gwinnett College, but also highly dangerous. The dining experience was virtually non-existent and advertised falsely most of the time. The facilities left much to be desired.

The hotel was in a state of adorable disrepair during our stay, with rooms that seemed straight out of a horror movie. The cleanliness was lacking, with hair found on sheets and under the top sheet like it had never been changed. On the bright side, the service was sweet and respectable, but the staff's behavior at the front desk left something to be desired. The location was good, though the surrounding area was highly dangerous. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a joke, as advertised items were nonexistent. Overall, the facilities were subpar, lacking in essential services.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room they provided me with was nothing like the one shown earlier. It was filthy with stains and old hairs, and there were lots of small roaches scurrying around in the sink and on the bathroom floor. The smell of nicotine was overwhelming.

The hotel had some drawbacks but also some positive aspects. The rooms had a funny smell that was off-putting, but the service was excellent, especially when the staff went out of their way to accommodate a mistake I made in my booking. The location was good for my visit, but the lack of dining options was disappointing.
